Policies and preliminary fees are posted below.
General information: Conference registrations include attendance to all Group as Individual in Social Dynamics events. The preferred payment method is on-line credit card payment – ASU has invested a considerable amount of effort and money into making our server secure; furthermore, our credit card processing company is a leading and reliable merchant.

Author registration deadline is 11:59pm CST, March 27, 2009. Each accepted paper (main conference or any affiliated workshops) must have one author registered for the conference.
Refund policy: There is a $35 service charge for processing refunds. A letter or email requesting the refund should state the pre-registrant's name and to whom the refund should be issued to. Requests for registration refunds must be received before April 17, 2009. No refunds will be issued after April 17, 2009. There is no refund for registration fees on author registrations. Author registrations may be transferred (for free) to a co-author if the original registree cannot attend.
