Second International Conference on Lao Studies 

Exhibitors & Publishers        

The Second International Conference on Lao Studies is an excellent opportunity to meet scholars, authors, librarians, students, and the general community with an interest in publications about Laos specifically and Southeast Asia generally.

Publishers and exhibitors wishing to display their publications or creative work at the conference may reserve either a FULL TABLE or HALF TABLE in the exhibits area at the conference site. 

The conference committee will supply a secure room, table, and chairs. Additional materials necessary for the display of publications must be supplied by and are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please do send or bring along fliers and/or banners that will help make your exhibit space attractive.

In the case that a representative of the publisher or exhibitor is unable to attend the conference and provide for set-up and breakdown of the exhibit, the conference committee will provide that service for an additional fee.

The following exhibition rates will apply:

Full Table (8’): $50

Half Table (4’): $30

Set-up/breakdown service: $50
