Student Registration and Payment Procedures

Admission
Non ASU students (anyone who has not attended ASU) and returning students (any student that did not attend ASU in the Spring 2008) must complete an online application through the Center for Global Education Services (CGES).

Students must meet the university immunization requirements before registering.

Registration
Students may register in person, online or using SunDial after receiving their course line numbers (emailed to students after Spring Break).

SunDial - Times available (Mountain Standard Time) Monday - Friday, 7:00AM -9:00PM; Saturday, 7:00AM - 12:00PM; Sunday 12:00PM - 6:00PM

Things to have ready: Your ASU ID number, * Your ASU PIN (see below), Schedule line numbers

Call (480) 350-1500 and follow voice instructions

*(For first time users your ASU PIN is the two-digit month and two-digit day of your birth. Once you enter this, the system will prompt you to select a new 4 - digit ASU PIN. For assistance with your ASU PIN, contact the Registrar's Office (480) 965-3124.)

In Person - Times available (Arizona time zone) Monday - Friday 8:00AM -5:00PM

Things to have ready: Your ASU ID number, Schedule line numbers

Complete a Course Request Form, which can be obtained at the Registrar Site or on the web (www.asu.edu/interactive)
Have the Course Request Form processed at the Registrar Site.
Pick up and check your Schedule/Billing Statement before leaving.

Payment Procedures - Once students have completed an online application, CGES will send complete details about paying program fees and tuition.
