North American shipping fees (U.S. dollars):
U.S. and Canada: $5 for the first volume, plus $1 for each additional title/copy.

European shipping fees:
UK addresses: £2 the first volume, plus £1 for each additional title/copy.
All other countries: £4 for the first volume, plus £1 for each additional title/copy.

All individual orders must be prepaid. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars for North American orders. Residents of MA, NY, IL, VT must add appropriate state sales tax.
Canadian residents, add 7% GST.
