[State and National Leadership Conferences are held in a variety of major cities through out the country. These conferences help our members gain leadership skills, as well as network and compete against other students from across the country. Our members have the opportunity to compete in events such as Public Speaking, Computer Concepts and Principles of Accounting. The top two competitors from the State Leadership Conference (SLC) are giving the opportunity to compete at Nationals the following summer. Awards are given for the top three competitors at the SLC; in addition the top ten competitors awarded trophies and/or scholarships at Nationals.
