The Ubiquity Board tries to meet every month throughout the academic year:

  • Ubiquity Board meetings are announced approximately a week in advance on the Ubiquity Listserve e-mail list. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
  • Members who wish to attend meetings by phone may join the meeting via teleconference.
  • Meeting times and location are subject to change. Meetings will be announced approximately a week in advance on the Ubiquity Listserve email list.
  • Social events are scheduled approximately two times a year, sometimes more. They may include Friday Happy Hours, and a Winter Holiday and End-Of-Year gathering. These are usually held at a gay-owned or gay-friendly restaurant somewhere near ASU at the Tempe campus, or near another ASU campus. These events are announced on the Ubiquity Listserve e-mail list.
  • Ubiquity also typically hosts and organizes "Gold At The End Of The Rainbow," an annual awards ceremony where the ASU GLBTQ Community has an opportunity to recognize individuals who have excelled in their educational and professional pursuits. This celebration is held near the end of the Fall Semester.

Except for the meetings and activities noted above, most of the business and communication of Ubiquity takes place through the Ubiquity Listserve e-mail list.
