To better address the needs of our employees and support the mission of The New American University, we are implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in October 2007 for Human Resources employee requests or inquiries.
With the implementation of CRM, the Human Resources, Employee Service Center at (480) 965-2701 will now be handling customer calls on a 24x7 basis. In addition, employees that go to askHR will be able to create a case inquiry online. CRM will allow us to track phone calls and emails to ensure the highest customer service to our employees.
These enhancements should be seamless to our customers and will improve the delivery of customer service within the Office of Human Resources.
