2008 Alumnni Service Award Nomination Form

Homecoming Awards
The awards given at Homecoming include the Past Chair Recognition, the Alumni Service Award, and the Alumni Appreciation Award. They are presented during the half-time ceremony at the Homecoming game. The president of the university and the chair of the ASU Alumni Association Board of Directors present the awards. The executive director/president of the Alumni Association assists with the presentations. All award recipients will be invited to ride in the Homecoming parade and watch the game from the alumni suite.
