Yes. Due to overwhelming interest in this ASU Alumni Association member benefit, all tickets to Arizona State University’s Spring Commencement have been reserved. We want to accommodate members’ request for tickets to this historic event, so a waiting list has been started. Please click here, and register for the waiting list. For the waiting list, we will need the name and contact information for each ticket you would like to reserve. If tickets become available, they will be assigned in the order they were received, and you will be contacted. ASU Alumni Association members will be able to reserve for the waiting list based on their membership level:

Gold Membership– 6
Life Membership– 4
Annual Membership– 2

Tickets to the Commencement ceremony can be picked up at the ASU Alumni Association, which is located in Old Main, after May 4 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mondays – Fridays. At that time, you will be required to sign an acknowledgement form that you have received the tickets, and that you have read and understand the regulations regarding tickets and responsibilities for keeping them secure. Tickets cannot be mailed.

Information about entry procedures, arrival time at Sun Devil Stadium for clearing security, permitted and prohibited items and instructions about parking and available locations will be available online on or before May 1, 2009. ASU Alumni Association members who have reserved tickets will receive subsequent E-mails with information updates or can visit www.asu.edu/alumni for updates.

Tickets reserved through the ASU Alumni Association will be located on the east side of the stadium in the loge and upper level seating. Tickets will be assigned in the order reservations are received. Requests for disability accommodations will be honored.

Children can attend the Commencement ceremony, and children 3 years and older must present a ticket for entry into Sun Devil Stadium.
