Hello NorCal Alums,
Its big game week! After three weeks of watching other teams play big games ASU finally gets its shot on the big stage this Saturday as the Devils travel down to Georgia to take on the #21 Bulldogs in the heart of SEC country. The previous weeks have served as a nice warm up and last weekend the Devils dismantled another subpar opponent in Louisiana Monroe, 38-14. Expect a competitive contest on Saturday despite what some experts (and fans) may think. Our team is flying low on the radar and Georgia is not the same team as the one that played in Tempe last year.
The game is Saturday at 4pm and will be shown on the ESPNU network. Not ESPN, but the ESPNU, which is not available on all cable carriers. A great opportunity to head out and watch with fellow alums at our local viewing locations!
Also, Sparky’s Wine and Dine on Oct. 17th is filling up fast so be sure to make your reservations before seats are gone. And Sparky’s Touchdown Tailgate at Stanford is also open for registration. The prelude to our game with Stanford on Oct. 24.
GO DEVILS! Beat the Bulldogs!
