Hello NorCal Alums,
The 2009 ASU football season started out about as well as you could hope during the Labor Day weekend. The Devils trounced lowly Idaho State 50-3, as they should, and got some new players some valuable playing time. One especially was frosh LB Vontaze Burfict, ASU’s most heralded recruit ever. Check out the link below to see why you’ll be talking about this guy for the next few years. The team had a bye week last week and now will face Louisiana-Monroe at home on Sat night in a final tune-up for the rest of the season. Come join your fellow alums at one of our local establishments in NorCal to watch ASU together. There’s an exciting season ahead and I think the Devils will surprise us all.

Also, registration is now open for our third annual Sparky’s Wine and Dine in Napa next month. Space is limited to act quickly to secure a spot on the bus from SF. The maximum people we can have for the tour is 60.

GO DEVILS!
