Prospective presentors are requested to submit a request for invitation to present at WINDS 2012, by completeing the attached request for information form (in word 1997 format), and submitting to Professor Koji Ishibashi, by e-mail to kishiba@riken.jp.  It must include the talk title, the authors’ names and affiliation(s), and the full contact information (mailing address, phone and FAX numbers, e-mail address) for the corresponding author.  Requests for invitations must be recieved no later than August 31st, 2012.
