Reservations may be made at either the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel (the conference venue), or the neigboring sister property, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.  A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rate.  To obtain the conference room rate, please use the forms downloadable from the links below.  Information about the room rates and conditions, taxes and additional charges may be found on the reservation form.  The deadline for reserving rooms at this rate is Thursday, November 1, 2012.  The room block may fill before this deadline, so it is recommended to make reservations as soon as possible.
