Web Accessibility

ASU is committed to making ASU websites compatible with screen readers and other assistive technologies, compliant with ASU's policies and accessible to all users. However, this is an ongoing process, and it is possible that some users with disabilities may encounter problems accessing some pages.

If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology, we welcome your feedback and suggestions about the accessibility of ASU websites.

What is web accessibility?

Some individuals may require auxiliary aids, adaptive equipment or specialized software to navigate through or access information on a website. Relatively simple website design features can facilitate access by these users (see the ASU Web Accessibility Guidelines for content creators, site builders and developers). A poorly designed website, on the other hand, may be inaccessible to some users. Often design decisions made to improve access for users with disabilities will benefit other users as well. Report an Accessibility Problem

If you have a problem accessing an ASU webpage with a screen reader or assistive technology, please report the issue to us, so we can work to address it as quickly as possible.

For all other computer and Internet questions, please call the Help Desk at (855) 278-5080 or go to the "Service Center" in myASU.

If this is about a specific page, please copy and paste the URL/link (e.g., http://www.asu.edu)
If you are reporting an issue, please provide as much detail as possible about the problem, so we can troubleshoot. It is helpful if you include the name and version of your operating system, browser and any assistive technology you are using.
