Game Format

• Question-and-answer game played between two teams of four players each.
• Game will be 15 minutes long with no break.
• Points scored by correctly answering the questions asked by the moderator.
• Two types of questions: toss-ups worth 10 points each, and bonus questions worth 20-30 points each.

Answering Questions

• Players must signal and be recognized before answering questions. Each player is given three seconds upon the conclusion of the reading of the question.
• Correct answers worth are 10 points. If a team answers incorrectly, the question is turned over to the other team. The other team still must signal and be recognized before answering.
• Incorrect answers will penalize a team five points, and the question is finished or continued for the other team. If the second team answers incorrectly, it is not assessed the five-point penalty.
• Each time a team answers a toss-up question correctly, only that team is eligible for a bonus question. There is no bonus question if the toss-up ends the half or game.

Answering Bonuses

• Players are allowed to confer on bonus questions with the captain speaking for the team if there are conflicting answers.
  
• Teams are given five seconds to confer on a bonus.
