Revised to state that “If the incident involves an individual who may be identified as a member of the ASU student body: Contact the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities and report the incident”

Hazing Prevention

Revised to state that one should “Report violations of this policy by students or student organizations to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities” and to refine the definition of “Student”

Career Services Eligibility

Revised to restate that “ASU alumni who are current dues-paying members of the ASU Alumni Association and are more than one year past their last ASU attendance are eligible to schedule up to three appointments with a career advisor without paying the $25 alumni fee. ASU alumni who are within 12 months of their last ASU attendance are eligible to schedule an unlimited number of free career advising appointments”

Lost and Found Items

Revised to list items kept for 60 days and those that are disposed of immediately as they are not sanitary, and to state that one should check the department or building where the item might have been lost and that miscellaneous documents and photographs are disposed of owing to limited storage

Council of Religious Advisors—Faculty Associate Card

Revised to change the responsibility for approving the request for a card from Student Life to the appropriate affiliated department
