To provide recourse for students registered with the Disability Resource Center (DRC) who have disability accommodations-related complaints

Students who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of disability and are unable to find resolution through the DRC may contact the director of the university’s Office of Diversity, Human Resources, at 480/965–5057 or in the University Services Building, Tempe campus, to file a complaint.
Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discrimination.
