USI 201–07 Table

The University Registrar’s Office, Student Life, or dean’s office presents a written request to withdraw a student from current course work and/or place an administrative hold on a student’s academic records.

If the student is currently enrolled, the Records Information Section or Registration Services at the West, Polytechnic, or Downtown Phoenix campus:

  1. drops or withdraws, if requested by the appropriate office, the student from the appropriate courses
  2. notifies the Recording/Readmissions Section of the student’s status (the Tempe campus only)

    and

  3. notifies Business Services so that they may determine if the student’s account should be adjusted.

Once notified, Tuition Fee Payment adjusts the student’s account if necessary.

The Recording/Readmissions Section; Records Information Section; Student Life at the Tempe campus; or Registration Services at the West, Polytechnic, or Downtown Phoenix campus posts an administrative registration hold to the student’s record in OASIS, and if the original request is rescinded by the originating office, removes the administrative registration hold from the student’s record in OASIS.
