Policy

[horizontal rule]

In support of teaching, research, and community service at ASU, summer conference housing is offered to participants in university-sponsored conferences, orientation programs, seminars, workshops, short courses, and other noncredit activities.

Conference groups are assigned to residence halls on a first-come, first-served basis. An increased demand for conference housing may result in several groups being assigned to the same hall. Hall assignments are subject to change.

Youth groups (participants under 18 years of age) must furnish one adult live-in counselor per 20 youths.

ASU conference sponsors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all university guidelines for use of university facilities.

Only university-sponsored conferences may be housed in ASU residence halls.
