Purpose

To describe the range of psychiatric services available to ASU students

Psychiatric services are available for enrolled ASU students at ASU Health Services/NP Healthcare and through referrals to providers in the surrounding community. Services may include (1) consultation for ASU students with psychiatric needs, and (2) appointments with a psychiatric service provider (i.e., assessment, psychopharmacologic stabilization, medication management, and referral).

Hospitalization

A referral to psychiatric services is not a required step in hospitalizing students.
