University student employees who have employment-related complaints or grievances may bring such matters to the attention of their supervisors. Supervisors should make reasonable efforts to respond to or resolve the grievances.
If students are not satisfied with the resolution from their immediate supervisors, they may discuss their problems with individual department hiring officials. Hiring officials will render written decisions within seven days after receipt of the specific grievances. Their decisions are final.
