A student must submit a completed Scholarship Appeal form along with appropriate supporting documentation to Student Financial Assistance Office (SFAO)/Scholarships. Detailed scholarship appeal procedure requirements are outlined on the Scholarship Appeal form, which is available on the Online Financial Aid Forms Web site.
