Student Financial Assistance normally will refer the allegation(s) to the ASU Police Department (ASU PD), the U.S. Department of Education, and the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities for investigation and determination of the appropriate course of action.
This procedure is mandatory. Failure to report known or suspected incidents of the above conduct may be viewed as participation in or facilitation of that activity.
