SSM 204–08 Table

The undergraduate student meets with an academic advisor, who processes a degree audit and reviews it with the student.

The student obtains signatures of approval on the Declaration of Graduation form from the advisor and the dean’s representative, and gives the completed, signed Declaration of Graduation form to the college.

The college forwards the approved Declaration of Graduation to the Graduation Section at the Tempe campus, Registration Services at the Polytechnic campus, or Enrollment Services at the West or Downtown Phoenix campus, which updates OASIS to show that the Declaration of Graduation has been approved.
