A system called DARS Web creates a degree audit, which is an automated record that matches courses a student has completed with the requirements of a particular academic degree program. Eligible students file a Declaration of Graduation in place of the Undergraduate Program of Study.

Undergraduate students following the curriculum requirements of the 1996–1998 or later General Catalog must file Declaration of Graduation forms no later than the semester in which they earn 87 semester hours for all campuses. Student-athletes must file a Declaration of Graduation during their first semester at ASU. A student who does not file a Declaration of Graduation on time is prevented from further registration.
Undergraduate students following the curriculum requirements of the 1994–1996 or earlier catalog must file an undergraduate program of study. See your academic advisor for information.
