SSM 204–03 Table

The student:

  1. pays the graduation fee at the Cashier’s Office and receives a receipt and graduation survey

    and

  2. brings the receipt and graduation survey to University Registrar Services.

University Registrar Services staff at any campus (note that Polytechnic campus only accepts undergraduate applications for graduation) collects the survey and gives the student an application to fill out.

The student fills out and signs the application.

University Registrar Services staff at any campus (note that Polytechnic campus only accepts undergraduate applications for graduation) :

  1. checks the receipt, name and address information, GPA, and resident hours
  2. records fee paid amount on application
  3. gives the student an honor cord if she or she is eligible for honors
  4. verifies if the student is transferring any hours
  5. initials the application and records the date

    and

  6. records and files a copy of the application for processing in the semester in which the student has indicated on the form.
