SSM 201–07 Table

The University Registrar’s Office, the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, or the Office of the Dean of Students presents a written request to withdraw a student from current course work and/or place an administrative hold on a student’s academic records.

If the student is currently enrolled, the University Registrar’s Office:

  1. drops or withdraws, if requested by the appropriate office, the student from the appropriate courses

    and

  2. notifies Business Services so that they may determine if the student’s account should be adjusted.

Once notified, Tuition Fee Payment adjusts the student’s account if necessary.

The University Registrar’s Office, the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, or the Office of the Dean of Students posts an administrative registration hold to the student’s record in PeopleSoft, and if the original request is rescinded by the originating office, removes the administrative registration hold from the student’s record in PeopleSoft.
