The student completes an Enrollment Request form and obtains approval to register for or drop/add/swap a class from the appropriate college.
If approved, the dean or designee signs and dates the form in the space provided. The student takes the form and a photo ID to any registrar site (the Records Information counter at the Tempe campus or Registration Services at the West, Polytechnic, or Downtown Phoenix campus) for processing within five business days of obtaining the dean’s approval.
University Registrar’s Office staff processes the Enrollment Request form and prints the study list. The student remains at the site to review the study list for accuracy. The student then pays any fees by using the My ASU Web site
For specific information on fee payment in person, contact the Tuition Payment Office on the second floor of the Student Services Building.
