Under Arizona law, the Arizona Board of Regents is responsible for the control and supervision of the state universities and their properties and activities. The board is authorized to enact ordinances for the governance of the universities and the maintenance of public order upon all property under its jurisdiction. The board has promulgated this Student Code of Conduct in order to meet its responsibilities under Arizona law.
The Student Code of Conduct and Student Disciplinary Procedures are found in the Arizona Board of Regents Policy Manual, which is maintained outside of the ASU system of administrative manuals.
To enter the Arizona Board of Regents Policy Manual, go to http://www.abor.asu.edu/1_the_regents/policymanual/chap5. This link accesses CHAPTER V, “CAMPUS AND STUDENT AFFAIRS.”
The Student Code of Conduct and Student Disciplinary Procedures may also be obtained from the Office of the Dean of Students.
