Purpose

To control advertising in residence halls by outside agencies

Policy

Posters and advertisements must be approved by the appropriate Residential Life professional staff member or designee before posting. The advertisement will remain posted until after the event.

Priority for the approval of posters and advertising in the residence halls is:

1. hall events

   and

2. ASU events.
