1. 0 to 2 years, maximum accrual hours per pay period, 3.38; maximum annual accrual in hours, 88; maximum carryover accumulation hours (1 1/2 × annual accrual), 132
2. over 2 to 4 years (after second anniversary date), maximum accrual hours per pay period, 4.92; maximum annual accrual in hours, 128; maximum carryover accumulation hours (1 1/2 × annual accrual), 192
