Sick leave benefits accrue at the following rates:

1. For 100% FTE (40 hours/week)—3.69 hours accrual per pay period; 12 days accrual per year.
2. For 50% FTE (20 hours/week)—1.84 hours accrual per pay period; 6 days accrual per year.
