SPP 505 Table

Eligible or affiliated employees, laid-off employees, retirees, and employees termed as a result of disability (as defined under applicability):

1. during fall and spring semesters (including A, B, and C sessions):
   
   1. 1 to 9 hours, $25
   2. 10 or more hours, actual resident tuition

   and

2. during summer session:
   
   1. 1 to 6 hours, $25
   2. 7 or more hours, actual resident tuition.

A spouse (as defined under applicability):

1. during the fall and spring semesters (including A, B, and C sessions):
   
   1. 1 to 9 hours, $25
   2. 10 or more hours, actual resident tuition

   and

2. during summer session:
   
   1. 1 to 6 hours, $25
   2. 7 or more hours, actual resident tuition.

Dependent children (as defined under applicability):

1. all hours at 25 percent of actual resident tuition during the fall and spring semesters (including A, B, and C sessions),

   and

2. 25 percent of actual resident tuition during summer session for all hours.
