SPP 312: Employment outside ASU

Purpose

To notify employees of the policy on employment outside the university

Applicability

All regular classified employees, university staff, and non-faculty administrators

Policy

Employees may obtain outside employment or render professional services provided it does not in any way interfere with the university duties of the employee, and the outside employment is fully consistent with all rules promulgated by the university and the Board of Regents.
