Policy

Purchases for sponsored projects are subject to Arizona Revised Statutes conflict of interest rules. Generally, purchases cannot be made from university employees or relatives of project personnel. See the Academic Affairs Policies and Procedures Manual (ACD)–ACD 204–08: “Conflict of Interest,” for specific rules regarding purchases from university employees and relatives of project personnel.
