Purpose

To ensure adequate notice to the Office for Research and Sponsored Projects Administration of pre-award site visits from representatives of potential sponsors

Policy

After a proposal has been submitted and a pre-award site visit with the potential sponsor has been requested, the principal investigator (PI) must inform the Office for Research and Sponsored Projects Administration upon learning of the impending visit.
