Purpose

To ensure adequate notice to the Office for Research and Sponsored Projects Administration of pre-award site visits from representatives of potential sponsors

Policy

After submitting a proposal and arranging a pre-award site visit with the potential sponsor, the principal investigator (PI) must inform the Office for Research and Sponsored Projects Administration, well in advance, of the impending visit.
