PUR 502–04: State Contracts

To allow the use of state contracts

University policy

Contracts for the purchase of certain supplies and equipment that have been negotiated by Enterprise Procurement Services of the State of Arizona are available for university use. These contracts will be used when they are in the best interest of the university.

The purchase of items from state contracts does not require additional competitive bidding, as vendors already have been determined by a sealed competitive bid process.

Information regarding items on state contracts may be obtained from Purchasing and Business Services’ buyers or at http://www.azeps.az.gov on the Web.
