Parking for scheduled events on the ASU campus is controlled and is provided in various parking lots designated by Parking and Transit Services.

Responsibility
Action
At least two weeks in advance:
Event sponsor
  1. Notify the Parking and Transit Services events coordinator at 480/965–9733 to arrange parking for a scheduled event or use the form at Parking and Transit Services.
Parking and Transit Services events coordinator
  1. Order and direct installation of required signs.
  2. Coordinate barricading to secure lots, designating areas for persons with assigned passes, those who are disabled, event support personnel, and general parking.
  3. Coordinate traffic control.
  4. If applicable, arrange for parking staff, ensuring that all lot entrances are properly staffed.
  5. Coordinate parking fee collection, if applicable; count, record, and deposit all monies collected into the proper accounts.
  6. Prepare itemized event billing for event sponsor within one week of the event.
