PDP 203–01 Table

The complainant speaks to the staff member’s immediate supervisor. The supervisor attempts to resolve the matter informally and communicates the result to the complainant.

If the complaint cannot be resolved informally, the complainant submits a written complaint to the immediate supervisor.

The department conducts an investigation, takes appropriate action, and notifies the complainant of the outcome.
