PCS 409: Receiving Loaned Equipment
To properly receive equipment loaned to ASU by external agencies
Purchasing and Business Services
|Note:||If the form is not submitted, the Arizona Department of Administration’s Risk Management Division may not insure the equipment.|
The department prepares an Equipment on Loan or Demonstration form before accepting the equipment and sends a photocopy of the form to Purchasing and Business Services.
Purchasing and Business Services sends a photocopy of the form to Insurance Services.
Property Control tags the equipment and adds it to the Property Control database at zero dollars.
|Note:||Property Control does not scribe loaned equipment.|
For loaned property that is owned by a sponsor, contact the sponsored property coordinator in Property Control for specific procedures.
