Purpose

To ensure the retirement of university-owned buildings

Policy

Property Control is responsible for maintaining the financial records of ASU-owned buildings.

Procedure

When a building has been demolished, Facilities Management forwards a memo to Property Control.

Property Control retires the building from the Property Control database.
