Policy

The mission of the Office for Student-Athlete Development within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) is to provide services, programming, and guidance that empower student-athletes to experience academic success and develop critical life skills, culminating in graduation and preparation for life beyond college.

This mission is accomplished with the highest level of integrity through the collaborative efforts of ICA, the university at large, and the local community.
