To provide guidance in situations where university departments are submitting bids for providing goods/services in competition with private enterprise

If a university department is entering a competitive bid for goods or services where the department is required by Arizona Board of Regents policy to fairly and fully allocate all direct and indirect costs, Financial Services should be contacted on procedures for the calculation of the direct and indirect costs.
