FIN 104: Amounts Due to ASU

To collect amounts due to ASU on a timely basis

Arizona Revised Statutes § 23–352

University policy

Members of the university community must make timely payments for any amounts due the university. Individuals may not receive travel advances or purchase parking permits if they have nondisputed past-due balances owing ASU.

Individuals owing large amounts may pay through voluntary payroll deduction.

Also, the university may, by state statutes, deduct the nondisputed past-due amount from an individual’s pay.
