All departments or individuals using the services of Facilities Management

Policy

Facilities Management is funded to provide routine maintenance services for campus facilities. Occasionally, a question arises as to funding responsibility for Facilities Management services provided. In this situation Facilities Management reserves the right to recover out-of-pocket expenses and/or to charge reasonable fees for service based upon its own evaluation of the type and conditions of the service requested.
