EHS 005: Management Policy. Revised to state that EH&S reports to the executive vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer (CFO)

EHS 104: Laboratory Use of Hazardous Chemicals. Revised to restate the Purpose; to clarify compliance criteria with the ASU Chemical Hygiene Plan and for laboratory registrations and inventories; to restate responsibilities and applicable procedures for respective areas; and to provide applicable definitions

EHS 406: Shipping and Receiving Hazardous Materials. Revised to remove some procedures and to clearly establish criteria that departments and employees must follow to ship and/or receive hazardous materials
