Employees who, while performing their duties, enter a confined space

Departments and units shall implement the practices and procedures outlined in the Arizona State University Confined Space Entry Plan, a guidance document found on the Environmental Health & Safety Web site.
The Confined Space Pre-Entry Checklist and the Confined Space Entry Permit available from the Environmental Health & Safety forms Web page shall be completed prior to entering a confined space. Confined spaces shall be considered “permit-required” until the information obtained from the Confined Space Pre-Entry Checklist demonstrates otherwise.
