Capital Programs Management Group (CPM)

CPM 401 Table

The university official requests the engineering associate director for the Capital Programs Management Group (CPMG) to complete a facility condition report.

The engineering associate director for the CPMG and the Facilities Management (FM) director assign an appropriate staff member to determine the facility condition.

The CPMG staff member prepares a report, based upon results of the survey, for the engineering associate director for the CPMG to sign and delivers the report to the engineering associate director for the CPMG and to the director of FM.

The assistant vice president for the CPMG & FM:

1. reviews and signs the report

   and

2. makes a copy of it, sending the copy to the university official and retaining the original for departmental files.

The university official takes appropriate action based on the information in the report.
