The Capital Programs Management Group (CPMG) in conjunction with Facilities Management (FM) will perform a facility condition survey before the university enters into any commitment to rent, lease, or purchase real property.
A written facility condition report will be completed, signed by the assistant vice president of CPMG & FM, and issued to the appropriate university official before a contract is signed. A copy of the report shall be maintained in the CPMG. Depending on the scope and needed expertise, the CPMG may require outside consultant advice.
