The responsible vice provost/president shall appoint a user group committee chair prior to design professional selection. The committee chair then establishes a user group committee to work with the Capital Programs Management Group (CPMG)/Office of the University Architect (OUA) on each new building. The user group chair shall ensure that the coordination and communication of user needs is conveyed in an efficient and expedient manner to the designated CPMG/OUA project manager.
